Q1. How often should I get my windows cleaned?

For the best results most residential clients require their windows cleaned every 3 – 6 months. However, this can vary depending on many factors, such as salt spray – if the house is near the coast, or if there are children or pets etc.

Q2. How much does it cost to clean the windows of my house?

The cost for of an average 2 bedroom unit is about $150 for all glass to be fully cleaned inside AND outside. Houses have more variation in price but usually start at $200 for ground level homes with most falling around the $250 range. Large Homes that are two storey or with high access glass $250+. Q3. How much does it cost to pressure cleaning my driveway?

A Standard Single (8m x 3m) concrete driveway with medium level staining is $120. However, prices can vary depending on many factors, such as the level of staining, type and size of surface area. So we are happy to give you a competitive quote – obligation free.

Q4. What is included in the “Window Cleaning Quote”?

Obviously, we clean Internal and/or external windows. We clean all fly screens as well as cleaning window tracks. If there are minor spots or marks, we will remove them. However, where there is a lot of scraping involved such as after renovations or building, there will be additional charges.

Q5. What type of windows do you clean?

We clean Residential, Commercial, Strata, Industrial and Government building windows – inside and out. We can access just about any windows from ground floor up to 3 storeys high.

Q6. Do you still come if it is raining?

Our priority is to give our clients the best clean possible, if the rain is going to affect the final product we will postpone your job for another convenient time. If it is raining lightly we will continue with the job as planned.

Q7. Do you have insurance?

Yes.  North Coast Windows & Pressure Cleaning has full Public Liability Insurance up to $5 Million because we value the safety of our customers and their property.

Q8. Can I get a tax invoice?

Of course! Our window and/or pressure cleaners will be happy to provide you with a tax invoice.

Q9. What payment type do you accept?

You can pay the window and/or pressure cleaner when they come to do the job either by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
